Data Analysis and Politics (POLS 201): Teaches statistics, R, and the fundamentals of quantitative social science (causal inference, survey research, predictive models). Meant for students with no prior experience with statistics or coding and only minimal knowledge of math. My teaching materials are available here.

Advanced Data Analysis and Politics (POLS 401): Currently under development. In this course, students will conduct a data analysis project of their choosing from start to finish and present their findings to the class. They will explain key elements in non-technical language, showcase relevant statistics and visualizations, draw appropriate conclusions, and discuss the strengths and weaknesses of their analysis. Prerequisite: POLS 201 or equivalent.

Introduction to Econometrics (ECON 1123): Introduces students to multiple regression methods for analyzing data in economics and related disciplines. Extensions include regression with discrete random variables, instrumental variables regression, analysis of random experiments and quasi-experiments, and regression with time series data. American Government (GOV 30): Provides an overview of contemporary American politics.
Introduction to Congress (GOV 1310): Explains Congress's role as both a representative and a policymaking institution.
